Data processing notice (DPDPA, 2023)
We collect your name, email, mobile number and business details to create and
operate your shop account, and to send you service messages. We retain this for as
long as your account is open, then delete or anonymise it, except where accounting,
tax or dispute obligations require us to keep it.
We do not sell your data. Each shop's customer records, bot tokens and payment
keys stay isolated from every other shop. You may ask for a summary, correction or
erasure of your data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance — see
your rights
under the DPDPA.
